Now, the project has been delayed by years (Reason can't be attributed to Force Majeure). Several mails written, seeking for an appropriate resolution to the same, but no response. We trusted the brand name, and thought delays wont be there. But clearly, the reputation doesn't hold much in this regard. They have a good brand name, but when it comes to after sale service, I have doubts on the response."
